Kelsey, 89, of Manheim, died peacefully on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Susque-View Home Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Lock Haven. Born in Rock Royal, NY, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Lillian Hicks Cook. Mary was the loving wife of the late Ronald F. Kelsey who died in March of 2001. She was employed as a sales associate in the furniture department for Sears Department Store, Park City. Mary was a member of the Salem United Methodist Church, Manheim, volunteered in the nursery, and assisted with the Stephen Ministry program. Her interests included ceramics and cats.Surviving are three sons: Ronald E. "Chip" Kelsey companion of Cheryl Lausch of Lititz, David A. husband of Kerry Kelsey of Manheim, Randall W. husband of Leslie Kelsey of Manheim, three daughters: Barbara E. wife of Dennis Ditzler of Blanchard, Sherry L. wife of Edwin Miller of Kingston, TN., Karen G. Becker of Lititz, 12 grandchildren, and 29 great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death is a sister, Ethel Domonkos and two brothers: Edward and Charles Cook.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Mary's graveside service at the Manheim Fairview Cemetery, Sun Hill Road, Manheim, on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 2:00 PM. There will be a viewing at the Buch Funeral Home, 21 Market Square, Manheim on Friday afternoon from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM. Flossie M. Carter, age 78 of Dyersburg, TN died Thursday, July 20, 2017 at her residence. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 28, 2017 5-8p.m. at McCreight Funeral Home, 1607 Hornbrook St., Dyersburg. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 2:00p.m. at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, 208 St. George Ave., Dyersburg, with Rev. Al Seward officiating. Burial will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery in Dyersburg.Pallbearers will be John Holden, Reggie Goings, Thomas Arnold, Thomas Weakley, Ted Carter and Tommy Kindle. Honorary pallbearers; Frank Spence, Lonnie Light, Timothy Enochs, Lawdell Fields, Terry McCreight, Jackie Hatch and Rickey King. Survivors include her brother, Johnny Lee (Dorothy) Carter, Davis, Ca. Nephews, Johnny Lee Carter Jr. and Johnny Lee Carter III, Davis Ca. Her Children that she dearly Loved, Birttney (Best Buddie) Seward, Amber Seward, Konisha Williams, Cydni Mitchell, Nicole Reddick and Terry McCreight. Flossie was the owner Carter's Beauty Salon for over 50 years and a licensed beautician. Flossie was a member of Ross United Methodist Church. Flossie serve in the Dyer County School System as a teacher's aide at Dyer County Central School. She was a former employee of the County Mayor's office under the leadership of former Dyer County Mayor Richard Hill. She was a former employee of Dyer County Office on Aging. Flossie was a member St. Mary's Order of Eastern Star 125 PHA, Dyersburg and the Happy Heart club. Flossie was a graduate of Bruce High School and furthered her education and attended the Edding Beauty School in Jackson, TN and graduated in 1958. She received the Humanitarian Award from the Community Resource Development (CRD). We are forever grateful to the caretaker of Ms. Flossie Carter, Dorothy (Big Bird) Henning, Francis (Dell) Mitchel and Mary Coleman. Flossie was preceded in death by her parents the late Betty Mae Goings Carter and Fred Carter, her son Frederick Lynn Lucas; Uncles Ned Carter and James (Bill) Carter.

Donna J. Wright - Kokomo Perspective

Wright, 67 of Tipton, died at 11:52 p.m. on Sunday, July 23, 2017 at her residence.  She was born in Elwood, Indiana on March 30, 1950 to Lewis & Dora (Brown) Walker.  On July 16, 1970 she married Carl L. Wright and he survives.Donna was a floral designer and a member of Church of Christ in Tipton.  She was involved in organizational aspects of Special Olympics and did youth fund raising activities.  Donna was also a substitute elementary teacher.She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Carl; her parents, Lewis and Dora Walker, Tipton; three sons, Tim Wright and wife Kristi, Arcadia, Chris Wright, Sharpsville, and Zach Wright, Tipton; grandchildren, Bethany Sparling, Cody Wright, Cameron Wright, Kendra Wright, Wesley Fruth, Zoe Wright, and Addyleigh Fruth.Funeral services for Donna will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Pastor John Ankrom presiding.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Tipton.  Visitation will be on Wednesday starting at 12:00 Noon until the time of the service.Memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics, 6200 Technology Center Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46278.
